The hotel's location was favourable, near the normal shopping malls in Bengaluru and medic facilities, the center of the city and Bangalore. The a double room was well-maintained, included a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.

I had a satisfactory breakfast except for the repetitive options, the food was yummy!

Spacious, comfortable room, great amenities. Amazing breakfast service. Attached to Orion mall for cheaper food and supplies. Courteous staff, special mention to Sukumar and Santhosh. Helpful front desk and restaurant staff, especially Akash Subba.

The room size could have been bigger and the balcony lacked privacy due to facing the mall. There was some noise from the mall in the room.

Had a great Xmas break and really enjoyed my stay! The staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The adjacent mall was perfect for shopping and entertainment. The hotel is ideally located and easy to get to. Plus, the complementary parking and WiFi made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few issues. Some rooms were not up to standard, with some stains and cleanliness.
